How To Book An Appointment With A Doctor

• To book an appointment with a doctor, login to your patient account here.
• In your dashboard, click on “Book an Appointment” Button.
• Select a Doctor
• Select a Service
• In the description field, write about the health condition.
• Select a date and time.
• Click Book Appointment Button below to submit.
• After Submission of Appointment, check your email for the Appointment book. You will also see the link for the meeting with the doctor in the email.
• At the time for appointment, login to the link and have a session with the doctor.

When can I see a doctor?

You can book an appointment with a doctor at your convenient time. If no doctor is available at your scheduled time, we will update your with the appointment time with the next available doctor

Will I be able to see a doctor physically at an hospital?

No. You will not have a physical encounter with any of our doctors. All encounters with doctors are done right here on our platform via audio or video conferencing or chat.

If doctor feels that you need to see a doctor physically, the doctor will refer you to a trusted and competent hospital.

How will doctor test me virtually?

A doctor can do a physical assessment via video conferencing and also ask you question to take your medical history. In a case where doctor can’t diagnose you digitally, doctor will recommend you to carry out some tests at a local lab or diagnostic center close to you and return with the results. All you need do is to upload the lab result and schedule a meeting with the doctor to continue with consultation.
